Freshline® Food Grade Gas Mixture of 30% Carbon Dioxide in Oxygen. This mixture is typically used for the modified atmosphere packing of raw red meat, offal and dark poultry (portion and cuts). Fully compliant with local and European standards. Supplied in a 50 litre steel cylinder containing 200 bar with a Food Bacteria Filter and an antimicrobial coating.
