This mixture is typically used for the modified atmosphere packing of cooked / processed meat, poultry or fish; bakery products; cooked vegetables and combination products such as pizza or sandwiches. Fully compliant with local and European standards. Supplied in a 50 litre steel cylinder at 200 bar.
