Freshline® Food Grade Gas Mixture of 40% Carbon Dioxide in Nitrogen. This mixture is typically used for the modified atmosphere packing of raw, oily fish; cooked / processed meat, poultry or fish; soft cheeses; bakery products, cooked vegetables and combination products such as pizza or sandwiches. Fully compliant with local and European standards. Supplied in a 10 litre steel cylinder at 100 bar.
