Ferromaxx® 7 weld process gas meeting the requirements of ISO14175:M24, contains 2.5% Oxygen and 7% Carbon dioxide in Argon. Our thin steel specialist offers excellent weld pool control, pulsed arc characteristics and ultra low spatter levels. The choice for welding carbon, carbon-manganese and low alloy steels up to 10mm in dip, spray and pulse transfer modes. Supplied in a 30 litre Integra® e2 cylinder at 300 bar. Integra® e2 cylinders are safer, smaller and lighter. The Integra® e2 cylinder is designed to be used with a choice of Integra® flow optimisers (available separately) which ensure optimum weld results whilst reducing excessive gas usage too.
